Altarpiece reconstitution, imagined by Almada Negreiros, with full-scale high-definition photographic reproductions on the wall of the Founder’s Chapel, determined by Almada. The composition respects the author’s latest proposals (from 1962)which contemplate the figures of D. João I and D. Filipa de Lencastre, as well as a small black square, beneath the Ecce Homo figure, probably suggesting a location for a relic.
The high-definition images were courtesy of the National Museum of Ancient Art, or composed from Almada Negreiros’drawings, printed at the Centro Português de Serigrafia and framed by Arte Periférica.
