Plan for maquette
This drawing in plan and elevation of architectural elements from the Founder’s Chapel will probably have been used for the making of the corner model. Both in the maquette and in this drawing, beyond the wall with the paintings, Almada shows us the adjacent wall, with a window. These works illustrate an idea defended by the author: that the light represented in most of the paintings would correspond to the natural light entering through the window.
